Information requested
The testing request asks for your name, work email, company, the fluid or system involved, the type of review needed and optional operating context.
How it is used
The information is used to route the enquiry, recommend an appropriate technical review, confirm collection requirements and respond about scope and turnaround. VeriFluid testing requests are recorded in our customer relationship system for enquiry management and follow-up. The information is not sold.
Before sending technical details
Do not include passwords, access credentials, personal data about third parties or confidential site information that is not needed for initial triage. Sensitive operating records should be shared only through an agreed channel.
Submission status
The form confirms when a request has been received. If delivery is unavailable, the form reports the failure instead of presenting the request as sent.
Retention and requests
Enquiry records are kept only for as long as needed to evaluate the request, meet contractual or legal obligations and maintain an appropriate technical record. To request access, correction or deletion where applicable, use the testing request and identify the message as a privacy request.
